Blackland Xtreme Raceway

Blackland Xtreme Raceway, located in Caddo Mills, Texas, is a premier motorsports venue known for its high-energy events and vibrant racing community. Specializing in Outlaw-style racing, the raceway offers a unique and exhilarating experience that appeals to both seasoned racers and fans alike. Outlaw racing, characterized by its open rules and high-speed thrills, attracts a diverse range of participants and spectators, making it a cornerstone of the raceway’s offerings.

Tapt House MX will have two on–site motocross tracks, one of which will be the main race track, with another small one in front for training, kids, and beginners. Customers will be able to purchase motocross bikes and actually ride and tune their bikes

Turbos Restaurant and Bar

Located at Blackland Xtreme Raceway, Turbos Restaurant and Bar offers a unique dining experience that combines world cuisine with a Texas flair. Helmed by Executive Chef Aubrey Daniels, Turbos presents a creative menu inspired by global flavors while staying true to Texas roots, serving dishes crafted from high-quality, locally sourced ingredients.

The restaurant’s standout feature is its flight deck, an elevated outdoor area where guests can enjoy their meals with an unparalleled view of the racetrack. Turbos provides a perfect blend of exceptional food, vibrant atmosphere, and thrilling motorsports action, making it an ideal destination for both racing fans and food enthusiasts.

From the second a customer enter the gates, they will experience a totally new kind of motorsports and high performance sportsbike and auto experience. Customers will be encouraged to sit on and tryout the vehicles in the Pro Shop. There is going to be an extensive amount of inventory and bikes throughout the entire store. 

This is not going to be the typical modern-day trend of selling to the average street rider.  Vic’s Motohaus Pro Shop will be the type of dealership that offers professional products and services designed for off–road and racing enthusiasts.

The Pro Shop will offer major brands and their products, which are Honda, Yamaha, Suzuki/Kawasaki, and KTM/Thumpstar. There will also be a selection available of sport motorcycles and SXS’s available for purchase.

Blackland Motorsports

Victor Perry is a dynamic leader and accomplished entrepreneur, known for his unique blend of expertise in motorsports, business development, and IT. A US Army Veteran, Victor brings discipline, strategic vision, and a commitment to excellence to all his ventures.

In 2019, he founded Vic’s Motohaus, a custom motorcycle builder that quickly earned a reputation for exceptional design and craftsmanship. This success laid the foundation for Blackland Motorsports, established in 2025, which has since become a premier motorsports destination. Blackland Motorsports includes entities such as Blackland Xtreme Raceway, BXR TV, Tap House Motocross and Side-by-Side Park, Blackland RV Resort, Vic’s Motohaus Pro Shop, Turbos Restaurant and Bar, and Blackland V Park and Hotel.

Victor holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations, Broadcasting, and Film from the University of Texas at Arlington and a Powersports Technology Certification from Dallas College. His background in business development and IT has been instrumental in shaping the strategic growth of Blackland Motorsports, which combines thrilling motorsports experiences with a commitment to community engagement and innovation.

Tapt House MX Park

Taylor Painter is a seasoned motocross professional and the CEO and Founder of Tap House MX. His journey in the sport began at age 4, and he quickly distinguished himself on the national stage, earning multiple Top 10 finishes and championships over five years of competitive racing. In 2006, Taylor transitioned into coaching, sharing his expertise in Supercross (SX) and Motocross (MX) through camps held across Texas.

Today, Taylor leverages his extensive racing and coaching background to lead Tap House MX, bringing top-tier track development and training to Blackland Xtreme Raceway. His contributions help shape Blackland as a premier destination for motocross and side-by-side racing enthusiasts, fostering growth and skill development across all levels.
